Erin has a background in education and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, working with a wide variety of agencies and families in Victoria. She has particular interest in leadership development and the mentoring cycle. Erin has also been associated with the Community Options Sibshops program for the past four years.

Calea is a student at the University of Victoria, studying in the field of Child and Youth Care. She began working closely with the Community Options Sibshops Program as a third year practicum student last year. Calea brings a passion for youth, leadership and family development.

Erin will oversee and facilitate programs such as Sibshops, Parent Support Groups and Parent-to-Parent Connections. Together with Calea, they will evaluate and enhance the programs historically offered, while researching the changing needs of families in our community in order to develop and implement additional Family Support Services.
